Thank you...enjoyed this piece very much! I like jumping off cliffs definitely! When you add the "cause and effect" rule, a performance can be exiting and memorable. You get a connection to your audience, and it also keeps the fellow players on their toes.

Kevin...reading this wonderful piece I couldn't help but remember how each night of "Bette and Boo" you brought a new and exciting character to the priest you played...and indeed it did "cause" all the characters around you, including me, to be spontaneous...which I'm sure was more interesting to the audience. Thanks for this reminder as I embark on a "scary woman" scene in my workshop on Monday!

Kevin,
I have admired your work for sometime now. Thank you for the insightful comments in this publication. As a "new artist" I appreciate such articles. I am 76 years old and enjoying this new field of entertainment; having retired from my career in government. I do background acting in the local Atlanta area, and would enjoy communicating with you in regards to what I should be doing to enter the commercial arena.

My son, Patrick attended Shamrock High with you. Sincerely Tom Kirkland Marietta GA

This makes me emotional. Especially about power. I'm remembering my power as an artist and spiritual being. It's the biggest shift. Now that shift has been made, it's just a matter of deciding how I want to use it. Thank you for this uplifting post Kevin. :)
