Monthly Archives: February 2012I just shot my next video for the MASTER TALENT TEACHERS site at Catch Light Studios about avoiding the “Starving Artist” cliche’ by really thinking through and about how to structure your life to support your journey as an artist. Just thinking about the subject brought up many ideas, memories and feelings for me. One... Just got an email from my good friend Larry Cedar that his daughter Jaqueline has just sold one of her works of art to renowned collector Jimenez Colon. I replied to him that I better hurry up and acquire a piece or two of her art now before it becomes so expensive it is out... Crazy day today. I auditioned earlier for the new Aaron Sorkin series on HBO … NEWSROOM. Had a small break and then went straight to the location set of EMANUEL AND THE TRUTH ABOUT FISHES. If we finish early enough today I’ll get home just in time to watch myself in an episode of BODY... When an Actor creates a character for the stage or film there is a history, a whole life supporting the character and the scene. In addition to the life in the scene it is incredibly important to carry the moment before and the moment after into the work. What are and were the specific circumstances... |
